Pricing That Makes Sense
Pricing varies based on your chosen proteins, headcount, portion size, and current market conditions, because carne isn’t always the same price (we wish!).
Some items may be unavailable depending on seasonality or supplier inventory.
Travel, delivery, and setup fees may apply depending on how far your fiesta takes us.
Booking Your Date
To lock us in, a non-refundable 50% down payment is required.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event day, no exceptions, no surprises.
Events not paid in full on time may be canceled by the caterer with no refund of the deposit (we love you, but we’re not showing up for free tacos).

Any day-of additions (overtime, extra guests, last-minute “my cousin brought 10 people”) must be paid the same day.
Cancellations & Refunds
Life happens, we get it. But food prep and labor happen too.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event may result in partial or full charges depending on how much work has already gone into your order.
