La Taquiza started in 2019 under a small 10x10 pop-up tent, just a family, a dream, and a whole lot of birria. What began as a summer pop-up turned into a ghost kitchen, then a food truck, and now our very first restaurant. Every step of the way, it’s been powered by family and fueled by flavor.
Our birria recipe? Straight from our parents, made from scratch, passed down through generations, and spiced up with a first-generation twist. From Birria Ramen to Birria Grilled Cheese, we’re all about mixing tradition with a little creative chaos. Because at La Taquiza, we don’t just serve food, we serve family, culture, and good times.
